Donations to this fundraiser will be used for two projects:
1) To insulate the Carnival Concession Stand building for an approximate cost of $20,000. Adding insulation (and the required fire retardant) will lower the temperature of the building considerably. If you have ever volunteered your time in the concession stand, you know how uncomfortably hot it is during the fair!
2) The Carnival Association is raising money to purchase a new ride or a used ride that's in good condition. The goal is to provide another ride geared toward older youth and adults to give another option along with the Tilt-A-Whirl and Spyder. The estimated cost for this is $80,000 but we hope to share this ride and the cost with another community.
