Bart Needs Surgery

Bart needs some help. He has always been an anxious kitty and beyond the strain that puts on his mental health, it can have a real impact on his physical health. Bart struggles with recurring urinary blockages that can quickly become life-threatening. Rather than continue to treat those as they arise, Bart is hoping to have surgery to widen his urinary tract so those blockages won't happen in the first place.
