Gothenburg Baseball Inc. Operation Illumination

The Gothenburg baseball program has been around since the 1960's. We have made some amazing upgrades to the ballpark in the last 10 years that include upgrading the batting cages, putting up a new storage shed, renovating the skinned area of the infield and replacing the broken concrete under the bleachers. Along with all the upgrades to the park in the last 10 years we have also had 6 players achieve their goals and go on to play college baseball. We have, however, come to the point that the lighting system at the ballpark is over 50 years old and needs to be replaced. In order to continue our strong tradition of helping nearly 40-60 kids grow physically and mentally through the game of baseball we are currently fundraising to raise the funds for the new lighting system.
