In 2022 the Elwood Community Redevelopment Authority began a fundraiser for a Veterans Memorial project. Your donations in 2025 will help us finish up this big project.
The Memorial is in a highly visible location on the empty lot on Highway 23, between Calvert and Highway 283. Parking is available off of the alley, and benches allow visitors a chance to sit down and take time to appreciate the purpose of the Memorial.
