L2 for Kids is a Non-profit organization that purchases new clothing for school age children, K-12 prior to starting school. L2 for Kids serves 15+ communities in Nebraska including Elwood, Eustis and Farnam. In 2025, more than 15 communities purchased clothing for 1013 children for a total of $95,274.10. L2 for Kids, EEF has helped a total of 158 kids since beginning in 2013.
L2 for Kids, Elwood, Eustis & Farnam has been helping kids feel good about themselves for 12 years now. Committee members are Ann Johnson, Leona Kranz and Regina Lauby.
At the beginning of the 2025 school year, we helped 29 kids in Elwood and one Eustis student for a total of $3,598. In 2025, L2 for Kids, EEF helped the highest number of kids since we begin in 2013.
L2 for Kids has a special meaning: (L) Lazarus was given a (2) second chance. L2 does if for kids! Wearing new clothing that first day of school can make all the difference in a kids self-esteem and that’s our mission!
