Cozad FFA Alumni & Supporters

Founded in 2021, the Cozad FFA Alumni and Supporters organization exists to encourage the growth of agricultural education in our community. Our mission is simple but powerful: to support the Cozad FFA chapter members and advisors through funding, mentorship, and opportunities that prepare them for success at the local, state and national levels. We believe in empowering the next generation of agricultural leaders while keeping the proud traditions of FFA strong in the Cozad Community.

The Cozad FFA Alumni and Supporters have made a tangible difference in our community by: sponsoringFFA events and competitions, at the local, state, and national levels. Covering travel costs and resources so students can compete and grow their skills. Volunteering countless hours to mentor students, prepare them for contests, and promote agriculture education. We help build connections between local farmers, businesses, and the next generation of agricultural leaders and entrepreneurs. Our work ensures that agriculture remains a thriving, respected, and rewarding career path for Cozad students.

his year our fund raising efforts are focused on three key priorities: 

1. ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS: Providing financial support to graduating seniors who have dedicated themselves to FFA and agriculture. 

2. FIANCIAL SUPPORT AT CONTESTS: We help bridge the gap for food and activities for FFA members at local, state, and national events. 

3. HANDS-ON-LEARNING: Our long term vision is to secure a dedicated area of land for crop production and livestock facilities, giving students the opportuntiy to learn by doing and prepare for real-world agriculture careers. Every dollar raised helps us turn these goals into a reality-equiping students with skills, confidence, and opportunities they will carry with them for a life time.

Cozad FFA Alumni and Supporters assist the local FFA chapter by: Providing fiancial supports for events and trips. Volunteering for competitions and preparation for activities. Donating resources, and promoting agriculture in Cozad Community Schools students 

We plan to use the money raised to participate in: Cozad Scholarship Night, FFA Week, Sponsorship for Husker Harvest Days, State and National FFA Competitions sponsorship.
