Cozad Elementary Parent Organization (CEPO)

The Cozad Elementary Parent Organization (CEPO) is made up of dedicated parents who exist to support the children, teachers, and administrators of Cozad Elementary. Our mission is to promote a positive, caring atmosphere where students can thrive and staff feel supported and appreciated.

How We Make a Difference

Each year, CEPO provides time, resources, and funding to enhance the student experience and show gratitude to teachers and staff. Some of our projects include:

• Welcoming students back to school with Card My Yard displays.

• Providing meals for teachers during Parent/Teacher Conferences.

• Supplying recess carts for rainy days and extra playground equipment.

• Funding snacks for open houses, field days, and special events.

• Celebrating learning with a reading party at the Fox Movie Theater.

• Recognizing teachers & staff during Teacher Appreciation Week.

• Supporting classrooms with $100 toward every teacher’s Amazon Wish List.

• Rewarding students with prizes, honor roll awards, Penny Wars celebrations, and more.

• Encouraging community spirit through Haymaker gear sales.

• Supporting health and safety by providing funds for the Nurse’s Station.

• Honoring milestones with 5th grade celebrations and flowers for retiring staff.

Every contribution to CEPO goes right back into the school to support students, staff, and families. Whether it’s providing pizza for Safety Patrol’s end-of-year party, helping sponsor the CEEC Field Trip, or simply making sure every student feels seen and celebrated, CEPO is there to help.
